Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices that We, Unifyzer – SM 4.0 (“Unifyzer” or “We”), employ with regard to collecting, using and disclosing information, both Personal and Non-Personal Data, when You use our Services. By using the Services, You consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE PRACTICES EXPLAINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS, BROWSE OR USE THE UNIFYZER SERVICES.

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform You of Our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information on our Services. We also want to inform You about Your choices regarding information You share with Us and tell You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Application means the software program provided by the authors downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Unifyzer – SM 4.0.
- The authors (referred to as either “Unifyzer”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Unifyzer.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

While using Our Cloud Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

- User ID
- Device ID
- Usage Data
2. Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Cloud Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Cloud Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Cloud Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Cloud Service or when You access the Cloud Service by or through a mobile device.
3. Local Usage Data
We process the following data locally on Your Device to provide the function of the Application: metadata; data entered by You via the user interface; storage authorization; authorization app reminders.
4. User Feedback
We may collect feedback from You on issues that You report to us and any email addresses that You provide to us. This information will be used to help Us better understand any problems You encounter as well as to allow Us to contact You.
II. Type and Place of Data Processing
A. Use of Your Personal Data
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
- To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
- For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, to evaluate and improve our Service, products and your experience.

D. Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.
You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
E. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Under certain circumstances, We may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
F. Device Permissions
The Application only requests permissions that are necessary for the expected behavior of the Application. Depending on the Device used by You, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access Your Device data as described below.
By default, these access permissions must be granted by You before the corresponding information can be accessed. Once granted, consent may be revoked by You at any time. To revoke these consents, You can look in the Device settings. The exact procedure for checking app permissions may depend on Your Device and software.
It should be noted that revocation of such permissions may impair this Application from functioning properly.
If You grant any of the permissions mentioned below, the respective data could be processed by this Application (i.e., it can be accessed, modified or removed).
1. Authorization App Reminders
Used to access the reminders app on Your Device and includes reading, adding and removing entries from the Application.
2. Storage Authorization
Used to access shared external storage on Your Device, including reading, adding and removing objects. The permission is used to create and restore backups on Your Device. The permission is used to create and delete images on Your Device, which have been passed to the Application for management.
3. Camera Authorization
Used to access the camera on Your Device, including taking pictures. The application accesses the device’s camera when a user action to take pictures or scan a QR code requires it.
III. Your Rights
The Rights of the Users
Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner. In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

Withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their Personal Data.

Object to processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Data if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent. Further details are provided in the dedicated section below.

Access their Data. Users have the right to learn if Data is being processed by the Owner, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the Data undergoing processing.

Verify and seek rectification. Users have the right to verify the accuracy of their Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected.

Restrict the processing of their Data. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of their Data. In this case, the Owner will not process their Data for any purpose other than storing it.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by informing You about this Application. Insofar as changes affect a data use based on the consent of You, we will - if necessary - obtain a new consent.
IV. Third Party Websites and Services
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to products or services offered by a third party. We may include, depending on which ones You use, third-party products or services such as location-based services. Some products or services may be provided in the form of links to third-party websites, while others may be in the form of SDKs, APIs, etc. Third parties may collect Your information when You use such products or services. For this reason, we strongly suggest that You read the third party’s privacy policy just as You have taken the time to read Ours. We are not responsible for and cannot control if and how third parties use the Personal Data that they collect from You. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites that are linked via our Services.
V. Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our App, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
